By Sel Yackley

Oriental Institute of Chicago had to turn
away people last Thursday night for the Premier
Showing of the HITTITES, written and directed by
Tolga Ornek of Ekip Films and narrated by Oscar
Winner Jeremy Irons. The Oriental Institute
scholars are working on the Hittite Dictionary. The
Institute will also host a brand new gallery on
Anatolia in February 2005. Tolga is a well-know
documentarian with several historic films in the
market. His latest film on the Gallipoli battle
will be released in March 2005. Here Tolga is seen
chatting with me about the movie. I'm one of the
organizers of the Oriental Institute
showing.
